ABOUT TENANTFACET
More context. Better decisions.
TenantFacet is being developed to give independent U.S. landlords another perspective when reviewing rental applicants: how applicants evaluate realistic rental situations.
Why we created it
Applications, references, and credit information provide different kinds of context. The behavioral assessment adds structured information about rental-related judgment, to consider alongside those sources.
Assessment development expertise
The TenantFacet Behavioral Assessment was developed by assessment scientists and subject-matter experts. It draws on situational judgment assessment: presenting realistic situations and asking applicants to evaluate possible responses.
The design emphasizes rental-related content, a standardized format, structured scoring, and clear reporting across Property Care, Communication, Follow-Through, Lease Rules, and Shared Spaces.

Responsible interpretation
Assessment results do not directly observe future behavior. Predictive validity for future rental outcomes has not been established. Scores should not be treated as probabilities, guarantees, or automatic rental recommendations.
Who operates TenantFacet
TenantFacet is operated by James Kurtessis, a U.S. landlord. Questions about the current service? Email info@yestenant.com.
The current service
Screening is not yet available. The website provides product information, an interactive example, and availability registration. TenantFacet is the new name for the U.S. screening service previously presented as YesTenant. The unrelated historical rental marketplace associated with the YesTenant name is separate from this service.
